CAREER PATHWAY Coaching
Thinkerminds provides a comprehensive and proven platform for high school students to foster college and future-ready skills. We focus on self -awareness, academic skills, and aligning student’s strengths, passion and skills to carve a robust career path for them. This online session is of 6 modules. We believe in PROVIDING EACH STUDENT A HEADSTART IN LIFE. We help every student understand their career possibilities and future potential regardless of their ability, background and achievements. A career coach helps a student with strategy and to think beyond what would normally be considered.
The student career coach will go into high gear to provide the student with greater self-awareness, identify and narrow high-potential career interests, develop action plans.

Strength MappingEnabling students to identify, understand, and leverage their talents, passions, and strengths which allows their unique genius to emerge and sets them on a course for success.

Life GoalsSetting goals encourages students to take a more active role in the learning process. It impacts increase in student motivation, self-regulation, self-efficacy and achievement.

Academic SkillsTeaching students how to guide their learning of content using effective strategies will allow them to successfully navigate through their vast syllabus and empower them to learn throughout their lifetime.
